Outline: The house is built on a corner lot in a residential area. In order to create a variety of gardens, the volume was placed at an angle to the site, facing due south. Plants are planted around the rooms, so that every room has a view of the garden and is intimately connected to the outside. The garden improves the subsoil environment and encourages the circulation of groundwater. In the rooms, thermal storage floor heating using hot water heated by solar collector panels is installed to create a comfortable thermal environment through passive design.
