House with a Yudo

Outline
This is a renovation of a mansion-style house built in 1930 along a river northeast of Kyoto. The main house is used as a residence and the detached house as a bathhouse. The garden on the south side of the house is part of the landscape of the area, and water from the river flows between the two buildings, leading to the Izumi River at Shimogamo Shrine.
