- The building stands on a site with a long and narrow shape from north to south along the foot of a mountain at the edge of a residential area. The building has a U-shaped plan open to the green. The structure consists of U-shaped steel units with integrated beams, pillars, and foundation beams, with earthquake-resistant elements on the road side and a full opening on the east side so that each room can enjoy the view of the greenery.
