House in Nanakoudai

Outline
The site is located on the border between an area where old houses and greenery still remain and a new town where standardized housing units are rapidly being built. The gable end of the first floor has a concrete bench integrated with the foundation, which is intended to be a place for interaction with the local residents, and the gable end of the second floor has a 90-degree angle to harmonize with the south-facing layout of the New Town houses.
