- We built a new RC storehouse and a boarded-up corridor connecting to the main hall of the existing temple. In consideration of the landscape of the residential area with rice paddies in front of it, the volume is kept low and the horizontal continuity is emphasized by the layered composition of the existing wall, the corridor and the RC exterior wall. A courtyard is set up in the living area, creating a closed yet open feeling.
