House in Ichihara

Outline: The house was planned as a row of four blocks with the aim of creating a place for independent living on the site where the main house and the hospital where the owner works are located, taking into consideration the view of the existing garden and the line of flow between the main house and the hospital. By arranging four blocks with square or hipped roofs in a gantry arrangement, the public and private areas are continuous through a small alcove garden.
