House In Ikoma 2

Outline
The roof is lowered to the ground level in line with the pentagonal shape of the site, and a semi-outdoor area is inserted inside the roof to form a film-like perimeter wall. Inside, all the spaces are gently connected. As a structural expression, two 90mm square columns are used at the boundary between the interior and the semi-outdoor areas. The slit between the two pillars is covered with transparent acrylic panels, allowing light to penetrate and the line of sight to pass through.
