House in Ome

Outline
The site has a clear direction and a difference in height from front to back, with a railway bed on the south, a mountain of cedar trees on the north, and neighboring houses on both sides. Slid-like windows, full-height large openings, high-side openings, and skip floors are planned in the right places to create a house that carefully reads the site. Even though it is surrounded by neighboring houses, it is open to the forest, the sky and the cityscape.
