Outline
The building consists of a residential building with steel sheet steel boxes on top of RC slabs, a parking building also made of steel sheet steel, and a gate. The residential building is a single-storied building with a floor slab raised about 1.3m above the ground as a countermeasure against flooding caused by the Nankai earthquake and tsunami. The upper part of the building has three high side lights, and soft light falls into the rooms through the wooden louvers underneath.
