Rebuilding of the designer's family home. The 55-year-old three-story reinforced concrete building was demolished and 60% of the land was sold. 81m2 long and narrow from north to south, we planned a residence for a single mother with a frontage of 2Km and a depth of 6Km. The roof is lowered to 2.35m above the ground to provide a friendly and open space for passersby, and the front yard is a point of contact with the local community.
