- The facility is a music academy facility that tends to be closed due to acoustic considerations, but by arranging the lesson rooms of different sizes in a porous arrangement and using the central corridor and terrace as a buffer, light and air are brought in to create a sense of continuity between the interior and exterior while improving the acoustic performance. The corners of the lesson rooms are made of glass to allow the eye to pass through, and the sound of the rooms can be heard faintly in the corridor, making the students aware of each other's presence. In the design process, two different layers of heterogeneous grids (planar black and blue lines) were superimposed on the BIM, and adjustments were made repeatedly.
