- A commercial facility planned for the redevelopment of the Thonglor district in Bangkok. In the midst of a densely populated city, an open-air public space will be developed in the center of the building. About 30% of the upper floors are open space. Shaded, airy open spaces and retail food courts and markets were created to maintain space for the local community.
