Yamato International

Outline
A corporate building for an apparel company consisting of two levels: a platform for logistics functions and a free standing structure for offices. A labyrinth-like promenade connects the space from the podium to the upper portion. The striped facade of aluminum panels reflects the changing light conditions, and each section is assembled in a multilayered manner. Hara attempted to create a "city within a building" by creating the aspect of "different spaces everywhere.
