- The entire city is unitized as an eight-legged, dozens-story megastructure shaped like an animal, "walking around" as a group against the backdrop of New York City's skyscrapers, deserts, and oceans. The concept of mobility on an urban scale is expressed in a science fiction style. These Archigram drawings gave architects a new architectural language and demonstrated the potential of architecture as a medium.
