- The first phase of Hillside Terrace was developed in stages over a quarter of a century. The first phase of Hillside Terrace was developed in phases over a quarter of a century, and expresses the concept of "group form," in which a series of small buildings naturally form an invisible skeleton. There is an awareness of the interplay between the microtopography that has existed since the Edo period and modern architecture, as well as the intersection of the street and the line of sight within the architecture. In the first phase, we can see the introduction of the traditional corner entry.
