- Raymond's villa and studio, consisting of a living room with a V-shaped roof and slope, and a group of bedrooms on the east side. The light and open modernist space was realized by making full use of Japanese wooden architectural techniques such as tatami mat modules, honest use of local timber, and a complete storage mechanism for shutters and glass doors by removing the core. Inspired by Le Corbusier's 1930 plan for the Villa Errazuriz, it was included in "The Complete Works of Le Corbusier" as a "skillful realization of our ideas" and, after a demolition crisis in 1984, was moved to the Karuizawa Taliesin in 1986 and rebuilt as the Peinet Museum.
