- A work that beautifully embodies a new lifestyle. The efficient spatial planning is achieved through a reinforced concrete structure with continuous floors and walls, created in collaboration with the architect Ove Arup, and functional facilities such as folding windows and sanitary fixtures. Lubetkin's socialist ideals appear in the foyer, tea room, and other common areas. He himself lived on the top floor, and in High Point 2, he designed his own residence incorporating anti-international style elements, developing his experimental explorations in his own living spaces.
