- Partial renovation of the headquarters building of Tokyo University of the Arts. The building functions as the base (exhibition space and offices) for the university's cross-disciplinary project, "Research Institute for the Future of Art". For the renovation, the interior finish and construction were done with a focus on the granularity of the stones used as construction materials. The materials used were garden stones and soil from the university campus, which were generated from the demolition of Shinobazuno-sou, a welfare facility for university employees.
