Outline: Phase II building of Otemon Gakuin University's Ibaraki Sojijiji Campus. Located on a long north-south site to the east of the Phase I building "Academic Arc" (1906), the building consists of a south wing and a north wing. It houses approximately 8,000 students and faculty members. Classrooms and laboratories are arranged in a staggered layout, and the common space is the "Innovation LAB," a space that encourages diverse learning styles and activities.
