Outline: The first stage of a project to create a village in the Fujino area of Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture to support local migration. The project aims to create a lifestyle that enriches the natural environment by allowing people to live there. The owner will not set rent, but will implement an economic model in which residents pay what they want to pay. On a 3,300m2 north-facing sloping site, we planned a main house, a workshop (2nd phase construction) that will serve as a base for working, and three row houses (3rd phase construction) that will serve as clues for immigrants to Fujino.
