Outline: This is a project to reuse the former omiya library in saitama city, which will be closed in 2019, by leasing it to a private business. the existing building will be renovated to accommodate stores and offices. coffee stands and fresh produce shops will be located in the former private rental rooms along the hikawa approach, accessible from a newly built terrace.
