Outline: This new building houses the headquarters and research functions of a drug discovery venture company. The site is located in the corner of the King Sky Front in Kawasaki City, a national strategic special zone for the life science and environmental fields, and overlooks the Tama River and Haneda Airport to the north. The facades on the north and east sides are composed of vertical louvers made of membrane materials designed to prevent sunlight from falling on the office desks throughout the year while maintaining the view.
