SAIEN NAGAYA
YASUTAKA YOSHIMURA ARCHITECTS
- Outline
- This is a three-story wooden row house with six units on a flagpole site. Each dwelling consists of a 52m2 space with a frontage of approximately 2.73m and a depth of approximately 6.3m, stacked on three levels. On the rooftop, which is accessible from each dwelling unit, there is a terraced vegetable garden due to the north diagonal restriction of the Type 2 High-rise District imposed by the northeast boundary of the neighboring land. It was intended that the rooftop vegetable garden would encourage interaction among the residents.
