Outline: Sotokomi is a new work style in which employees select and work in available spaces inside and outside of buildings while using ICT. A number of demonstration experiments of Sotokomi were conducted between November 2013 and December 2015 at the Crystal Tower (8908, Takenaka Corporation) in the Osaka Business Park (OBP). It has been shown that the effective use of "Soto" can improve both the intellectual productivity of workers and the energy efficiency of the building.
