Outline: This is a commercial facility that proposes a lifestyle centered on the Tsutaya bookstore on the site of a former department store that opened in front of Hirakata Station in 1975. Hirakata was the place where TSUTAYA was established in 1983, and various facilities were built on the roadside, and the area in front of the station had become a hollow suburban city. Under the theme of a "living room in the city," a variety of goods and services were woven into the book street created by the book shelves.
