This is a redevelopment of a former department store site in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture, utilizing an urban redevelopment project. The library and art museum are located on the same floor via a central atrium extending diagonally from the 2nd to 6th floors. The position of the atrium shifts depending on the floor, creating a different relationship between each location.
