G.ITOYA

Outline
Reconstruction of a long-established stationery store in Ginza. The entrance has a movable, motorized rotating wall that, when open, forms a "galleria" through which visitors can pass from the main street to the back streets. The 8-meter frontage facing the street is a glass curtain wall, and the deep wall houses the air-conditioning and equipment piping, creating a clear line of sight. In addition to a stationery store, the building is equipped with a vegetable factory, a café serving vegetables harvested there, a rental conference room, and a hall.
