- Phase I of the redevelopment project in the north area of the east exit of JR Tamachi Station. Minato Ward and Tokyo Gas implemented a land readjustment project with the Urban Renaissance Agency as the executor. A smart energy network was constructed by the public and private sectors, including Minato City, Energy Advance, Tokyo Gas, and Aiiku Hospital, to achieve a 45% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to 1990 levels, and to create an environmentally friendly and disaster-resistant urban complex.
