MIRANOSHIKA

Outline
This is the second phase of the DesignBuildFUKUOKA program, a practical education program for students of architecture and working adults under 29 years old, which covers everything from design to construction. A 100-year-old private house owned by the town of Jomo in Fukuoka Prefecture's Tsukiage County, where the site is located, was renovated into a complex facility that serves as a hub for the community. The work includes recreating the original size of the earthen floor, replacing the floor, and replacing some of the pillars and beams.
