NOIE
YUUA ARCHITECTS AND ASSOCIATES
- Outline
- This is a cooperative house consisting of 11 units built on a flagpole site in Wakamiya, Nakano-ku. All units are grounded triplet, and the residents can freely decide the floor height. Each unit shares a skeletal wall, and is highly independent in consideration of the sound problem of the upper and lower floors and the rationalization of the equipment piping plan. Each dwelling has a roof terrace on the rooftop, and a free space on the first floor that can be used both as an exterior and interior space.
