Outline: A large-scale housing complex of 633 units is planned to be built in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture. 1,500 units are planned for the entire district, including the second phase, on the site of the former MBS Senrioka Broadcasting Station. Public facilities such as an elementary school are also planned to be constructed in an integrated manner. A nursery school, a kitchen, a café, and other common spaces are arranged while preserving the hilly terrain. An environmental assessment was carried out, and the project plan was designed in consideration of the global environment and the local landscape.
