SAKURA APARTMENT

Outline
This is a retrofit of a 38-year-old light-frame apartment building built by a house manufacturer. Since the certification information at the time of completion of the building was not disclosed, a voluntary seismic diagnosis was performed based on the owner's drawings and field survey, assuming that the building was almost the same as a conventional wooden structure. Blue Studio not only designed and supervised the project, but also handled marketing and promotion.
