Outline: An accredited children's school in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. A new building with child-care functions was constructed in an existing kindergarten to create a child-care center. The exterior walls are made of polycarbonate. The walls are double-skinned, and at the same time, the environment is controlled by letting in light from outside, exhausting heat, and collecting heat.
