RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE TODAI

Outline
A facility attached to the University of Tokyo Hospital, located on the Hongo campus of the University of Tokyo. This is an accommodation facility for the families of patients who are hospitalized for a long time. It provides support so that patients can concentrate on nursing care even from a distance. This is the eighth facility in Japan operated by Ronald McDonald House Charities Japan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are arranged so that guests can interact with each other. The house is designed to be used as if it were one's own home. The building area was kept as small as possible to preserve the trees on the north slope.
