- This is a guideline set by Nakano Ward for urban development around Nakano Station. The Nakano Station area is divided into the Nakano Station area, Nakano 4-chome area, Nakano 5-chome area, Nakano 2-chome area, and Nakano 3-chome area, and each unique area is connected by a circulation line. The Nakano 4-chome district is being redeveloped around the former site of the National Police Academy, and is being developed in close proximity to an urban park with a pedestrian promenade as its axis.
