MARUNOUCHI EIRAKU BUILDING
MITSUBISH JISHO SEKKEI
- Outline
- An office building complex developed as a single site by integrating the sites of three existing buildings owned by three companies. Under the special floor-area-ratio application system, unused floor space from the Palace Hotel and other buildings was used. The 31-meter-high low-rise expression line is continuous along the street. The low-rise section is used for bank shops and commercial facilities, while the high-rise section is used for offices. The facade of the high-rise section has different fins on each side to shield the building from the sun.
