Outline: Renovation of a 20-year-old apartment building in Tokyo. 240m2 of studio space is converted into an office for a small number of people. A rest space (poolside) is located at the periphery, and a workspace and a meeting space (pool) are located at the center, so that each space is continuous. The walls, ceiling, and pillars are stripped of their finishes, and the floor and hip walls up to 720 mm from the floor are covered with concrete slabs, while the ceiling and the area above the hip walls are painted white.
