Outline
The entire volume is arranged in an L-shape, with a 2-meter-wide common garden on the north side. 12 rental housing units have two stairwells that connect to the balconies of each unit and lead to the outside. The exterior walls are made of fair-faced concrete. The exterior walls are made of fair-faced concrete. Larch structural plywood, soaked in a preservative and coated with a stripping agent, is used for the formwork to create a façade with a sense of materiality that retains the grain of the wood.
