NIKKEN SEKKEI
Outline
A complex of halls, shops, and music schools facing Ginza Chuo-dori. Laminated glass sandwiched between interlayers sprinkled with gold leaf was newly developed for the facade. In addition to two types of high-transmission gold leaf laminated glass with different shades, four types of milky white and transparent glass are used. Reconstruction of the former Yamaha Building designed by Antonin Raymond.
