Outline: This five-story, one-basement, retail, office, and SOHO building is located along a national highway. The external shape of the building is determined by the shape of the site and legal regulations. The maximum thickness of the concrete exterior walls is 640 mm, with square openings of different sizes. A glass-walled terrace space is inserted in the interior, and the tenant spaces on the third through fifth floors are approached from a central corridor.
