- Renovation of a 40-year-old factory. The steel structure of the first floor is used as a printing office, and the wooden structure of the second floor is used as a studio for workshops for local children. Inside, the shed structure is exposed and the existing walls are removed to create a space with a large air volume, and large openings spanning 12 floors are created on the south and east sides.
