HOUSE T

Outline
This wooden house is composed of seven units. Currently, three units are rented and four units are used as owner's residences and offices, but the combination can be changed. In response to legal restrictions, a "Gulliver Zone" with a ceiling height of 1,400 mm was created in each unit to increase the floor area and create a sense of space. The exterior walls are made of resin mortar coated with a water-repellent agent.
