EIGENJI BUZARIAN
SEIICHI KUBO+YOSHINOBU KAGIYAMA/ARCHIVI ARCHITECTS & ASSOCIATES
- Outline
- It stands along a national highway in southern Osaka. It was conceived as a gathering place that could be freely used by the temple congregation. A 40-mat, pillar-less hall is realized with a Rahmen structure made of small-section laminated wood. On the outside of the hall is a corridor of edges. While taking advantage of the difference in the level of the site, it is connected to external spaces such as the water basin and the southern garden.
