- Outline
- This home, located in a corner of a mountain resort community, is designed for a three-generation family consisting of a couple, the wife’s mother, and their child. A 5,950-millimeter-high atrium runs the length of the building, flanked on either side by a continuous row of 470-millimeter-wide flat columns. On the first floor, the atrium serves as a circulation route connecting the various living spaces, while on the upper levels, it functions as a buffer that transmits changes in light and air throughout the entire space.
