Outline: A mixed-use residential and commercial building in which a section of the first floor is designated as tenant space to be converted into a clinic to be operated by the client in the future. A staircase runs diagonally across the square floor plan—each side measuring approximately 7 meters—with the children’s room situated at the opposite corner. Dark navy columns, lighting fixtures, and evenly spaced windows are arranged symmetrically on both sides. While the various elements overlap, the line of sight extends outward toward the exterior.
