Bridge and Frameworks and
Yusuke Fujita/Camp Design
- Outline
- By inserting Fierendiel steel frames into a 40-year-old wooden frame house, structural reinforcement was achieved without completely renewing the main structural components, and a bridge was created in the north-south direction to create an open space. The steel frame was installed above the second-floor transverse timbers and below the shed beams. Thin square pipes were screwed to the existing frame and then welded to the frame.
