Outline: The first and 1.5 floors of a former glass factory were converted to a residence. The existing garage and walls were removed to create a passageway that also serves as a traffic line to a relative's residence on the east side, creating a pathway for light and wind. The relationship with the scale of the existing steel frame, the relationship between rooms, and the relationship with the town are renewed through various ceiling heights, materials, and furnishings.
