Outline: This is a split-level house built on a flagpole lot facing each other. The space between the two buildings is covered by the sarsaparilla planted between the two and the large eaves. The roof is a combination of a gable and a single-stream roof, based on the Japanese houses in the neighborhood. The roof ridge, which is made of only beams without any ridgepole using the home connector method, is shifted to the exterior, and the level and materials of the terrace and the small roof terrace are unified to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior.
