A House with Layers of Family History and Geology

Outline: Renovation of a 54-year-old house that the builder inherited from his grandparents. The house is built on a hillside site, and in order to secure space for two cars, the floor level of the entrance, which originally had a height difference of about 1.9m, was lowered to a height difference of about 1m. By viewing the surroundings from a different perspective than usual, it was intended to touch upon the memory of the place, which is often overlooked.
