Outline: A three-story house built as a two-family dwelling was renovated into a single-family residence. The existing reinforced concrete frame was reinforced with heat insulation and a nest-like volume was inserted into the frame. This created three spaces: a common for spending time with the family, a private room, and an inner porch that connects the common, private rooms and the city.
